The design and construction of marine facilities included the construction of four new iron ore export berths, increasing capacity from 50 million tonnes to 205 million tonnes per annum, 34 berthing dolphins and 1.8km of wharf infrastructure. Following the successful delivery of RPG5, RPG6 also awarded. This consists of the material supply, plant and labour for the construction of two additional iron ore export berths at Nelson Point (Berths E & F) inside the harbour at Port Hedland, Western Australia.
