1. The Aveng Supplier Registration System
This is Stage 1 of the Aveng Supplier Registration Process. Stage 1 is a mandatory registration requirement for all existing and potential new suppliers to Aveng. It captures basic company details as well as information that relates to your current/potential business relationship with Aveng. There are no costs associated with Stage 1.

2. The Achilles Construction Africa Community Registration
This is Stage 2 of the Aveng Supplier Registration Process. Stage 2 supplements information provided in the Aveng Supplier Registration System with additional input related to critical areas such Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ); Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE); financial and legal. Stage 2 is subject to an annual subscription fee that is payable directly to Achilles. For more information on fees, go to Annual Subscription Fees

3. On-site Audit
This is Stage 3 of the Aveng Supplier Registration Process. Stage 3 is initiated at the end of Stage 2. If your organisation is required to undergo an on-site Audit, a separate communication will be issued to your organisation covering these requirements.
There are two types of Audit protocol:
- Contractor Protocol – this Audit is for suppliers that deliver services on site at Aveng;
- Manufacturer Protocol – this Audit is for suppliers that manufacture products and/or supply raw materials that they install on site at Aveng.
Audits are delivered on-site at your premises and take between one and two days depending on the size of your organisation. Audits are subject to additional costs and are not included in the subscription fee. The cost of an Audit is dependent on the type of audit required; the location of your business; and the number of days required based on the size of your organisation.
